Privacy policy

Stadence lets you browse college-football information without an account. This policy explains the information we use when you choose to sign in or use community features.

Information you provide

If you create an account, Stadence stores your account identifier, username, optional display name, avatar and favorite team, messages, reactions, reports, predictions, poll votes, points, follows, notification preferences, and device push token. Apple or Google performs authentication; Stadence does not receive your password.

Diagnostics and product activity

Stadence collects limited product-interaction events and Apple MetricKit performance, crash, hang, and other diagnostic reports. We use this information to keep the service reliable, diagnose failures, and improve performance. Diagnostic records may be associated with your account identifier while you are signed in.

How we use information

We use information only to operate accounts, live rooms, safety controls, predictions, leaderboards, social features, requested notifications, support, security, and reliability. Stadence does not sell personal data, serve behaviorally targeted ads, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

What other fans can see

Room messages, Wire posts, usernames, avatars, favorite-team identity, and public profile activity can be visible to other users. Reports, blocks, individual Team Pulse votes, device tokens, account preferences, and diagnostic records are restricted. Only aggregate Team Pulse counts are public.

Storage and retention

Data is processed with Supabase in the United States and retained while your account exists or as reasonably required for security, diagnostics, legal compliance, and abuse prevention. Deleted public content may remain temporarily in backups or records required to investigate safety issues.

Your choices

You can export or permanently delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes the associated profile and community data through database deletion rules, subject to the limited retention described above. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
